Bonnie Schneider is a CNN meteorologist that can be seen at HLN, CNN, and different platforms. Additionally, she serves as co-executive producer and on-camera for the DIY NETWORK television special titled Last House Running that aired on March 30, 2012 Her first book EXTREME weather, which was published by Palgrave Macmillan January 31 2012. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. In Boston, she also provided reports on lifestyle and entertainment as an assignment reporter for on a daily basis. Before joining WB56 she worked as the forecaster on weekends for WFOR-TV Miami. She worked in a variety of reporting and meteorology positions which included News 12 Long Island (a 24-hour cable television news network) as well as WXII-TV, both in Winston-Salem. The other position she worked in was an occasional fill-in at The Saturday Early Show in New York City for CBS.
